Laura Welch is the nation's leading live event and wedding painter, servicing weddings and events locally and world-wide. Laura graduated from the Governor's School for the Arts & Humanities in '99 from Furman University and in 2004 from Coker College (Hartsville, SC) with a B.A. in Fine Arts.

 

Laura has a strong sales and marketing background which propelled her in the corporate world, however, there was always a strong pull to become a business owner and full-time artist. In 2009 the stars aligned and Artistic i was born. "I feel truly blessed to spend every day of my life doing what I love and making an impact on people in the process. I thank God for my gift and my ability to share it."

 

​She lives in Charleston, SC with her husband Jason, her 10 year old daughter (Vanessa) and her Maltese (Picasso).​
